Cancelación de la reserva

If the Client does not submit a written objection regarding the reservation or its terms within a period of 3 (three) days after receiving the booking confirmation and conditions, and does not submit a request to cancel the reservation or to modify its terms, then it shall be considered that the Client has fully and unconditionally accepted the Hotel’s booking conditions.

Main rule: in case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the Client will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night, except as provided in clause 4 of these rules.
In case of booking 10 (ten) or more rooms, cancellations are free of charge if made no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival; otherwise, the Client will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of one night for each reserved room.
