  Reservation & Privacy Policy

  Cancellation Policy
  Standard bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

  For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, free cancellation is available up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 15 days will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay per room.

  Non-Refundable Bookings
  For bookings made under a non-refundable rate plan, cancellation at any time will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the reservation.

  Data Privacy
  Your personal data is handled with the strictest confidentiality. All information is encrypted and used solely for reservation processing and guest communication. We do not share personal information with third parties.
